Location: Kigali, Rwanda
Reports to: Executive Director
Type: Full-time
Contract Duration: Initial contract until December 31st, 2024 (renewable according to performance), subject to a 6-month probation period.

Your Role: As a Finance Officer, you play a pivotal role in our mission, ensuring financial integrity and contributing to a healthcare landscape that aligns with our vision.

Responsibilities:
●    Drive financial oversight, budget management, and forecasting initiatives.
●    Prepare accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulations.
●    Optimize resource allocation aligned with our mission and vision.
●    Collaborate with organizational leaders to make a meaningful impact.

Qualifications:
●     Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
●    All Levels of experience are accepted.
●    Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards.
●    Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
●    Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
